Another great quote from Jim Rohn. Interesting how we can divide things up into two categories: regret and discipline. One faces us right now, in the present, while the other creeps up on us in the future and knocks us over. Both have very predictable outcomes. Discipline is doing what’s necessary even though it’s often unpopular, uncomfortable, and makes us get off the couch. Regret is a delayed response to our choices and comes with loads of negative energy. We have a choice in what we do and that’s empowering. Life is empowering.
